Amazing service doesn’t take much time to transfer the money and it’s so safe to do that been using this since 2 year’s now always deliver on time ??

I like azimo because of the low cost fee transfer.

So far the service provided Azimo is excellent, money goes straight away plus they keep you updated. Thank you Azimo

I wasn't happy with the 100% rise in fees without being notified!

I have used Azimo successfully many times but the last two times, it's been terrible and stressful experiences. Most recent is I sent money to Nigeria. Cash pick up they said. Available within 30 minutes they said. I sent the money and received a confirmation within minutes that the money was available for pick up. The next day, my mum goes to the bank in Nigeria to pick up. The bank refused to release the funds to my mum and mandated that she opens an account with them. A refusal to open an account with them means she won't be given the money. The account opening process took over 3 hours and afterwards, they said the status of the transaction isn't confirmed by Azimo. My mum is still in the bank and it's almost 5 hours. It was impossible to reach Azimo because all their support staff are on a training. I mean, what customer centric company pulls all it's customer support staff into a training at the same freaking time!!! Such appalling service. It's been hours and I'm yet to receive a feedback to the message I sent while my elderly mum is just standing around in a bank. Thank you Azimo for this service!!!

Been using Azimo for the last 8 years and generally it has been faultless. Unfortunately the latest payment made is showing as "cancelled" although the payment has actually gone through as expected. If we had not checked with the recipient first and sent the payment again, we would have paid twice. This is only the second time this has happened but it does mean our payment record is not accurate. A problem if we needed to prove we had indeed sent a payment. That aside, we will definitely still use Azimo in the future.

Your rate is abit low compared to Transferwise. Other service similar.

Attention, they close your account without a real reason or at least they do not explaine whythey simply close your account do not use themI'm sending this complaint, FOR SECURITY REASONS, to help other customersfor the same SECURITY REASONS, I WILL WRITE ANOTHER COMPLAINT ON 25/12/20 AND MANY OTHERS IF I ESTABILISH THAT

I was sending 7000 DKK ( 1100 USD ) not a great deal of money, not like it was 20K USD, then they ask me for ID, which I fully understand they need, I send it immediately, and they repplied few hours later it was approved, well then the transfer to alipay in China did still not go through, just saying processing at partner, which of course is not true. Then later that day, they asked me for two things1 ) My relationship with the receiver2 ) What the money was forI was somehow confused why they need to know this, but I replied , receiver is my agent in China since 2005, and the money was for property fees,Now nothing, only it being processed with partner, not true.I have alipay my self, but as Im a Chinese resident, but not a Chinese national, I can not receive money from outside China on my alipay, so I send it to my agent who is a Chinese national.Hours went, and the next day still not paid, so i cancelled the transfer, and used worldremit and they also asked my passport, which I send, and bingo 10 min later my agent had the money.Stay well clear of azimo, I had problems with them back in 2016, but thought they where better now.
